Gracie Mews Lobby

This new lobby introduces custom wood wall panels, softly washed with light, creating a warm welcome for the building’s residents and guests and a beautiful backdrop to the updated porte- cochere and its rich "green wall".

The lobby also features, two Italian travertine lounge areas, richly appointed with upholstered sofas, a new expressive concierge desk and an expanded resident mailroom and package room.
