80 Pine Street

Occupying an entire city block in downtown NYC, 80 Pine Street is a commercial high-rise building that was in need of a contemporary update. Our goal to create a main entrance with greater presence on the street was satisfied by the introduction of a luminous glass frieze that highlights the recessed entrance and becomes a beacon at the end of Cedar Street.

The building’s lobby was reinvented through the transformation of its existing finishes and the introduction of contrasting wood ceilings and custom glass panels. A new concierge desk and video wall highlights the central lobby space and defines the crossing of the three building entrances.
