A new residential lobby, designed in collaboration with Alex Papachristidis Interiors, features warm, finely crafted wood wall panels and softly lit plaster coved ceilings. Our design for this mid-town lobby features an expanded resident mail room, package room and concierge desk, as well as a newly appointed seating area. The lobby welcomes residents and their guests at the new concierge desk.
