Designed in collaboration with Alex Papachristidis Interiors, this new residential lobby features a traditional design with polished marble floors and fine woodworking. This new midtown lobby welcomes residents and their guests at the new concierge desk. The lobby features an expanded resident mail room and concierge desk, as well as a newly appointed seating area.
