10 East 39th Street
The main architectural goal for this project was to improve the visual presence for this building's main entrance and lobby. Since the overall size of the entrance and lobby space was compact and could not be physically expanded, we focused on visually expanding it through our use of new finishes and lighting.
By increasing the height of the building's entrance and illuminating the new light-colored terrazzo tile floor to reflect light onto the new lobby's white ceiling surface, the lobby appears larger, brighter and much more inviting.
