1001 Avenue of the Americas

Challenged to create a new building entrance and lobby that would improve the building’s visibility from the street and attract new tenant’s to the building, ceiling equipment was relocated from above the existing vestibule, allowing for a full height revolving door entrance and lobby design.

Finish materials included restored terrazzo floors and marble walls and new premium walnut wall panels. A new walnut and stainless steel concierge desk and upgraded lighting was incorporated into the lobby design.
